let’s get ugly.
I had an awesome weekend, despite what happened during work on Sat (it made me feel stupid and emo, don’t ask). I met up with Cheryl and we went to the Borders sale where we met Tammie. You should be proud of me because I only bought 3 story books whereas Cheryl bought 5 and Tam bought god knows how many! Cheryl left first because she had violin lesson. I stayed at Expo ’til like, ten because I went to the NATAS fair as well but wait before I talk about that.
Tam spent a whopping $98 at the Borders sale because she kept finding cheap stuff to buy. Expectedly, the cheap stuff added up to the huge bill she eventually received. She was happy with her haul, though, so yay! I was like sitting there, freezing my effing butt off while waiting for Tam to finish. When I finally couldn’t take it because Jo had come by then and we were all hungry, she had yet to finish shopping, what the hell! It’s actually a good thing we dragged her away before she could rack up another $100 or something!
After dinner, Char and Jianfan came and the four of us (Tam went home) hit the Natas fair! And I’m absolutely thrilled and ecstatic to announce that we are going to HK in April! I am so damn excited! I am so bloody happy. I woke up this morning, feeling perfectly blissful because I felt as if I’m about to fly off this morning until I remembered it’s still a month off! Came crashing back to Earth, I did. We’re going to be staying in Kowloon and we’re going to Ocean Park or Disneyland, although I’m hoping we could go to both. I’ll ask the others and see what they think because the tickets don’t come cheap after all! Things are different if you’re with family because who bothers looking at the price tag when your mother is there with a ready wallet?
Today’s a happy day too because after tuition with Tam’s sister, I went shopping at Tampines Mall with my mom. I bought a new bag I’m really happy to snag at a huge discount ($80+ to $39!) and she also bought a new bag. She had originally planned to get a pair of Fitflops but they were all too ill-fitting, sadly! I also bought 2 new rings from Montip, cheers! I’m so obsessed with accessories, honestly and I think it’s spreading because my mother also bought a new necklace, lol! Gosh, I’m using exclamation marks too liberally. I sound like some sort of perky cheerleader high on candy, eeks.
I’m gonna use my new bag when I go to HK so yay! Can’t wait, too damn excited for my own good. This week, I’m looking forward to the sleepover at Tammie’s on Thurs although it can’t be considered much of a sleepover for me since she lives like right next door! But Char’s coming over too so it’s cool! 
It is, however, unavoidable to point out the fact that the only reason Tam’s mother allows the sleepover is because we’re (most probably and we’ll know soon) collecting our results on Fri.
Fuck, I can’t even write that without feeling a cold shiver and my fingers going crazy. I had to type more carefully. I’m going to end this post now before I type something I regret and think stupid things and freak myself out even more. Fuck fuck fuck. See you. The next time I blog, the waiting will most probably be over and I guess I will then be sharing with the world how I feel about my results.
